Farah Bayley

Farah Bayley is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at GHD since July 2021, Farah continues to build on a solid foundation of expertise gained during previous roles at Shell, where responsibilities included HR Advisor positions for Projects and Prelude, as well as Graduate Recruitment Lead for Shell Australia and New Zealand. Prior experience includes a role as Graduate Recruitment Lead at KPMG Australia, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and HR consulting roles which encompassed recruitment and learning & development initiatives. Farah's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Select Australasia, managing client portfolios in the temporary division.
