Madeleine Lynch

Madeleine Lynch (Wicks) is a seasoned professional in process safety and risk management with significant experience in various sectors, including mining and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Advisor at GHD since September 2023, Madeleine previously worked at Newcrest Mining Limited as a Process Safety Engineer, where technical support was provided for operations on Lihir Island. At BHP, Madeleine held the position of Specialist Operational Readiness for Minerals Australia Asset Projects, managing project deliverables and stakeholder communication. Prior roles include Consultant at Aurecon, focusing on process safety management and risk assessment, and Undergraduate Process Engineer at GPA Engineering. Madeleine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, earned between 2014 and 2018.
