Kyle Larose

Kyle LaRose is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Global Harvest Foods since August 2022, Kyle previously held the position of VP of Operations at 3form from July 2017 to August 2022. Prior to that, Kyle worked at Henkel as the International Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Principles and fostering best practices across the organization. Earlier in his career, Kyle held various positions at Newell Rubbermaid and Autoliv, starting as a Process Engineer and progressing to roles focused on reliability and maintenance. Kyle LaRose earned a degree from Weber State University.
