Ryan Schindeler is a Senior Backend Developer at GHGSAT since February 2022, with prior experience as an Operations System Engineer at MDA from May 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included participating in the RADARSAT Constellation Mission's launch and early operations, alongside developing operational procedures for satellite transitions. As a Software Engineer at MDA, Ryan contributed to the ground segment by developing image quality software and overseeing system integration and testing. Earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Queen's University in 2014, focusing on haptic systems, and working as an Engineering Student at Mining Technologies International from May 2012 to August 2013, where Ryan designed and reverse-engineered hydraulic cylinders. Ryan holds a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University, attained between 2011 and 2016.
