Mario Delgado's work experience begins in 2011 as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Lehigh University, where they also served as an Admissions Counselor and supervised the Undergraduate Tour Guiding program. In 2012, they became a Social Science Data Lab (D-Lab) Student Researcher at UC Berkeley.

In 2013, Mario joined Blackboard Inc. as a Designer, focusing on User Experience. The following year, they worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Designer for Chase Edge.

In 2014, Mario held multiple roles simultaneously, including Senior Product Designer at Wealthfront, Design Advisor at CodePath, and Designer at Sutter Hill Ventures as a Designer-in-Residence.

From 2016 to 2017, Mario was the Design Lead at Sigma Computing. In 2018, they joined Ghost Autonomy as the Head of Design, where they led and provided creative direction for various design aspects including AI-Blended Human Interfaces and industrial design. Mario is also credited as an inventor for numerous patents related to autonomous vehicles and neural networks.

Mario Delgado has a Bachelor of Architecture and Interdisciplinary Studies from Lehigh University. Mario also pursued a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, but took a leave of absence before completing the degree.
