Joette Martinez

Joette Martinez has over two decades of experience in accounting and property management, currently holding the position of Controller at GHP Management since November 2010, having previously served as Accounting Manager and Staff Accountant within the same organization. Prior to that, Joette was a Senior Property Accountant at Allied Residential from November 2006 to March 2010. Joette also worked as a Property Accountant at WRH Realty Services, Inc. between March 2003 and July 2006, and as a Senior Accountant at American Land Lease, Inc. from October 2000 to March 2003. The career began at Omni Properties Inc. where Joette worked as a Property Accountant from August 1997 to October 2000.
