John T. Wolak

John T. Wolak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and security compliance. Since 1990, Wolak has served as Director at Gibbons P.C., providing expert counsel on international, federal, and state regulations, including the GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. Prior to this role, Wolak worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan at the United States District Court of New Jersey from 1988 to 1990.
