Peter Flagel

Peter Flagel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, securities, and business transactions, particularly within the German practice. Currently serving as Director at Gibbons P.C. since May 2012, Peter has previously held the position of Counsel specializing in M&A and Capital Markets at CLM from September 1999 to May 2012.
