Charlene Lew

Charlene Lew is a Professor at GIBS Business School, where roles include Chair of the Ethical Business in Complex Contexts research community and Associate Professor specializing in behavioral decision-making and ethical choice. With a diverse academic career, Charlene Lew has published extensively in reputable journals and has served as a reviewer for multiple publishing houses. As Director of Internationalisation, strategies for aligning internationalization with GIBS' objectives were formulated. Additional roles involved lecturing on organizational behavior and managerial psychology, overseeing leadership development programs, and promoting doctoral research in business leadership. Charlene Lew is also the Founder of PsyQuenza, providing services aimed at driving positive organizational behavior. Prior experiences include serving as Dean at Damelin International College and as a business director offering advisory services across Africa. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
