Desire Maponya

Desire Maponya is an Information Technology System Engineer at GIBS Business School since March 2020, with prior experience as an IT GIS Technician at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from March 2019 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing login requests and deploying applications. Desire also served as a Customer Support Engineer at BCX from February 2016 to December 2018, and as a Desktop Support Engineer for both Bytes Managed Solutions and T-Systems South Africa. An internship was completed at the Department of Health and Social Care, alongside an earlier role as an Enrollment Representative at Cash Paymaster Services. Currently pursuing a Certificate in ITIL V4 Fundamentals at Alison and further education through Mimecast Education, Desire remains committed to professional development in IT service management.
