David Kusnetz

David Kusnetz is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since 2023, previously holding the position of Litigation Associate at the same firm from 2016 to 2022. David's legal experience includes a role as Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Berman at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2015 to 2016, and earlier positions as a Litigation Associate and Summer Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
