Jennifer Sabin

Jennifer Sabin currently serves as a Partner at Gibson Dunn, having joined the firm in May 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer was Of Counsel at the same firm, and worked as an Associate in the Tax Department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from March 2013 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate in the Tax department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from October 2011 to March 2013 and as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Legal Department at Goldman Sachs from July 2006 to July 2008. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Yale University.
