Kelly Austin

Kelly Austin is a seasoned legal professional and board member with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Aspen Valley Land Trust since February 2025 and the College Foundation of the University of Virginia Benefactors Society Board since June 2023, Kelly also holds the position of Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since 2010. Previously, Kelly worked as Asia Compliance & Litigation Counsel at General Electric from 2001 to 2010 and as an Attorney at Zuckerman Spaeder LLP from 1994 to 2001. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center (1993) and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Virginia (1988).
