Hui Shan Teo started their work experience at Deutsche Bank in 2007 as an Analyst in Rates IT. Hui Shan then held the role of Associate in Rates Production Management from 2009 to 2010 and later became the Fixed Income Front Office Application Production Support Lead from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they joined GIC as an Application Manager in the Technology Group and was promoted to Application Lead Service Manager in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Project Manager in the Technology Group at GIC.
Hui Shan Teo obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, graduating in 2007. In addition to their degree, they have achieved several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2023, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO-FS) from the National University of Singapore in 2023, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM-FS) also from the National University of Singapore in 2022. Hui Shan also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2022. Lastly, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021 and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the same institution in 2019.
