Brendan McCarthy

Brendan McCarthy serves as Managing Director and Head of Asset Leasing and Joint Venture Development for GID Industrial. Mr. McCarthy oversees GID Industrial’s asset management team and is for the leasing efforts for the industrial portfolio. Mr. McCarthy is the asset management lead for industrial properties in Texas and the West region of the United States.

Prior to joining GID, Mr. McCarthy served as Vice President for LINK Logistics Real Estate, overseeing the firm’s 30 million square foot portfolio in Dallas Texas. Mr. McCarthy also served as Vice President with Colony Capital, overseeing the Mountain West Division’s 15 million square foot portfolio.

Mr. McCarthy received a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University.
