Monika Malenica Hokman has a diverse work experience, starting as a Seller and Hostess at MPG d.o.o. Zagreb from 2008 to 2011. Monika then worked as a Server and Hostess at Mc Donald's from 2010 to 2015. In 2014, they ventured into freelance animation work at La La Landia, which lasted until 2016. Monika then gained professional practice experience at Zadruga za etično financiranje in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they took on the role of Project Manager/Associate in finance and administration at Udruga Zora. Most recently, Monika joined Gideon Brothers in 2018 as a Junior Office & HR Assistant.
Monika Malenica Hokman completed their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship Economy from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics between 2009 and 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Entrepreneurship Economy from the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
