Mary Funk has worked in the IT industry since 1998. From 1998 to 2008, they were a Principal Consultant, Project Manager and Functional Leader for Ciber, where they managed PeopleSoft projects including upgrades, implementations, business process redesign, strategic planning and software selection. During this time, they facilitated restructuring of time and labor charges to GL for the County of Modesto, reducing manual GL transactions from over 2000 to less than 20 monthly. Mary also eliminated 80% of the customizations to the Delaware Department of Transportation's system while improving transaction times by 45%.
In 2008, Mary Funk joined Gideon Taylor Consulting as a Solution Architect, Project Manager and Software Designer. As a Solution Architect, they have managed over 20 implementation projects for higher education, city and state government, public and private sector clients.
Mary Funk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance and Marketing from Purdue University.
