Jose Morales Nogales

Jose Morales Nogales is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in core network engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Core Network Engineer at Giesecke+Devrient since April 2021, Jose focuses on deploying and integrating Mobile Core infrastructure while effectively supporting troubleshooting and diagnostics. Previously, from April 2008 to April 2021, Jose held various roles at VIVA Bolivia, including CS Core Network Administrator, IREG Coordinator, and NSS Manager a.i., where responsibilities encompassed the maintenance and operation of critical network elements and coordination with roaming partners. Additionally, Jose contributed to academia as a university professor teaching physics courses from February 2009 to December 2010. Jose holds a Licenciado degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Católica Boliviana, awarded in 2006.
