Michael Blunck

Michael Blunck serves as the Head of Global Spare Parts and Order Management at Giesecke+Devrient since June 2022, focusing on SBS Service, Service Backbone Operation, and Currency Management Solutions. Prior to this role, Michael was employed at i-tec Consulting GmbH from January 2007 to May 2022 as a Senior Manager, leading various operational excellence programs that enhanced process and performance management, achieving significant performance improvements across multiple projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Head of Concepts and Processes at Inservio GmbH and Project Director at BenQ Mobile GmbH, among others. Michael started a career in project management at Nippon Ericsson K.K. in Japan and has a degree in electronic engineering from Fach Hochschule Niederrhein.
