Pooja Palande

Pooja Palande is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management, development, and HR technology. Currently serving as the HRIS, Talent and Development Manager at GIG Gulf since October 2021, Pooja is responsible for driving talent management strategies, managing learning and organizational development initiatives, and leading HR transformation projects. Prior to this role, Pooja worked at CEAT Limited, where responsibilities included managing learning technologies and diversity and inclusion policies. Pooja also has experience in HR transformation at SBI Mutual Fund, focusing on project management and system integration, and held various positions in HRIS and analytics at CEAT Limited. Pooja began the career as a Finance Officer at ICICI Bank, where skills in reconciliation and process automation were developed. Pooja holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Chetana Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from G.N. Khalsa College.
