Kai Chang

Kai Chang currently serves as the Sr. Director of Logistics at GigaCloud Technology, focusing on 3PL sales growth, logistics optimization, and supply chain strategy development. Previously, in the role of Director of Program Management at Walmart Marketplace, significant projects included the introduction of Inventory Transfer Services and scaling package processing capacity. At Newegg, Kai held multiple leadership roles, with responsibilities spanning transportation management and sales and marketing, notably launching Newegg Express and managing supply chain KPIs. Early career experience includes a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager position at S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD and a Supply Chain/Logistic Analyst role at Volume Distributors.
