Puneet Arora

Puneet Arora is an experienced technologist with a robust background in product development and leadership. Currently serving as the CTO at XY Retail since December 2018, Arora also holds advisory and investor roles at Omnitrol Networks, Inc. and GigSky. Previously, as CEO and Founder of TOOVIA from May 2013 to August 2018, Arora demonstrated entrepreneurial capabilities. Notably, during a tenure at TIBCO from April 1999 to June 2011, Arora was instrumental in the incubation of successful products including TIBCO BusinessEvents and BusinessWorks. Arora's early career includes senior roles at companies such as Wombat Financial Software, Softplus, Iflex Solutions, and CITICORP FINANCE, with significant contributions to ERP and retail banking systems. Arora holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, completed in 1992.
