Osama Mahmood

Osama Mahmood, ACA, currently serves as Group CFO at Giift, a prominent customer loyalty technology company operating in over 55 countries and serving 3,000 corporate clients. Prior to this role, Osama held the position of CFO at Mondia Group and was Director & Global Head of Finance at Swvl, where Osama contributed to the company's historic listing on NASDAQ. Additional experience includes serving as a board member at Bretton Wood and Director of Finance at Fetchr, a key player in the MENA logistics tech sector. Osama began a career at Rocket Internet SE as Head of Finance for the Middle East and Luxembourg and worked at PwC in assurance and business advisory services for seven years, serving high-profile clients such as Citibank and World Bank. Osama holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and is a Chartered Accountant through ICAEW and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
