Throughout a career at Macy's from 1992 to 2013, Susan held various positions including Assistant Sales Manager and Group Sales Manager. Earlier experience includes architectural design roles at Huth Engineers and The Pidcock Company. Susan holds a BS in Architecture from Penn State University.
