Mark Hannon

Mark Hannon is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Australia, Pacific, and North Asia at Gilat Satellite Networks since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held various leadership positions at Unico, including GM for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific, where responsibilities encompassed sales and pre-sales across the Telco industry. Mark's extensive background also includes significant roles at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on customer engineering and pre-sales solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. With a career beginning at Ericsson, Mark has developed expertise in fixed and mobile network systems, supported by a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Gippsland Institute of Advanced Education.
