Pavel Sporish

Pavel Sporish is an accomplished project delivery manager currently leading R&D efforts at Gilat Satellite Networks since March 2022, focusing on driving complex projects and managing cross-functional teams. Prior experience at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries spanned from June 2008 to March 2022, where Pavel held various roles including project manager and client point of contact for integrated systems, overseeing holistic work plans and program execution. Additionally, positions as training manager for EASA.147, avionics systems instructor, customer service point of contact for TRANSAERO Airlines Training Center, and marketing specialist enriched Pavel's expertise in project management, client relations, and technical instruction. Educationally, Pavel earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in the same field from Ort Yami College.
