Martha Xuereb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in preconstruction management and cost engineering. Currently serving as the Divisional Director of Preconstruction at Gilbane Building Company since May 2025, Martha leads strategic initiatives and promotes collaboration across various regions in New York. Previously, Martha held the position of Director of Preconstruction at B2K Development and The Engel Burman Group, where Martha played a key role in market expansion. Martha’s background includes significant roles at Turner Construction Company, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Estimator to implementing critical supply chain management solutions through SAP. Earlier experience includes project engineering at H2M Group and engineering assistance at TM Bier & Associates, enriched by a solid educational foundation in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
