Shannon Preston

Shannon Preston is an experienced leader in human resources with a strong background in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Gildan since 2011, Shannon oversees the US Human Resources function for over 3,000 employees and has managed significant sales within various divisions totaling $2.5 billion. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Gildan, GoldToeMoretz, and Hanesbrands Inc., as well as significant positions at Sara Lee Branded Apparel. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wake Forest University, completed in 1989.
