Heather Harlan Warnack

Heather Harlan Warnack is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and development. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Gilman School since July 2019, Warnack previously held multiple leadership roles at Maryvale Preparatory School, including Assistant Head of School for Advancement and Director of Communications and Development. Throughout these positions, significant fundraising successes were achieved, including a remarkable 70 percent increase in Annual Fund revenue over five years. Earlier career experiences include roles at Abel Communications as a consultant, as well as a series of editorial positions at the Baltimore Business Journal, culminating in Associate Editor. Warnack holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Boston University.
