Gilman School
Reid Rando has a diverse background in coaching, technical work, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Varsity Offensive Assistant Coach at Gilman School since July 2021, Reid previously worked as the Offensive Coordinator at Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District from July 2019 to July 2021. Prior to coaching, Reid gained hands-on experience as a Field Technician for Pella Corporation from August 2013 to July 2017 and Sack Lumber from May 2010 to August 2013. Additionally, a leadership role was held as a Supervisor at Bart's Detassling from May 2010 to August 2015, where Reid supervised and ensured safety for young adults. Reid earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Doane University, completing studies in 2014.
