Wes Hummer

Wes Hummer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant operations and land development. Currently serving as the Director of Plant and Operations at Gilman School since June 2015, Wes oversees engineering, maintenance, and operations functions for facilities and grounds, along with managing all capital projects. Previously, Wes held the position of Land Development Manager at DR Horton from September 2012 to May 2015, managing land development operations across multiple counties in Maryland. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Paramont Construction, Inc., where Wes handled all construction project aspects from conception to close-out, and a long tenure at Toll Brothers with various leadership roles, culminating as Assistant Vice President. Wes's career began at Centex Homes as Regional Production Manager, marking a strong foundation in the construction and development industry.
