James Tennant

James Tennant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, technology development, and strategic policy. Currently serving as Partner and JAPAC Lead at BOKA Group Holdings I LP, James focuses on providing funding and expertise to deep tech companies aligned with the national security mission of the AUKUS Alliance. In addition to this role, James holds positions as Director at Apple iSports Group, Founder and Director at Balmoral Industries, Co-Chair at AUKUS DIN, and Officer in Special Capabilities in the Australian Army. In academia, James is pursuing a PhD in Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Technology Sydney and has a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, complemented by various credentials in private equity and company directorship.
