Stéphane Champeaux

Stéphane CHAMPEAUX has extensive work experience in various management roles in different companies. Stéphane started their career in 1995 at MECAPLAST Group, where they held positions as Responsible for Production, Quality, and Logistics, as well as Responsible for Methods and Industrialization. From 1999 to 2014, they worked at MORA INTERNATIONAL as a Management Control Manager, overseeing multiple sites and focusing on improving productivity and reorganizing companies. Stéphane then moved on to roles at Dalloz Creations and BCUBE France (AASI), where they implemented organizational changes and improved productivity. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at SCENTYS as a Plant Director, and from 2021 to 2023, they were the Plant Director at PLASTEUROP, where they focused on operational organization, increased production capacity, and implemented Lean Management principles. Currently, they hold the position of Plant Director at Gilson.

Stéphane CHAMPEAUX completed their education in two institutions. From 1992 to 1994, they attended the ISPA Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie d'Alençon and obtained a DPI - Diplôme Ingénieur degree in the field of Plasturgy. Then, in 2004 and 2005, they attended the ESCP Business School, where they pursued a degree in Contrôle de Gestion.
