Chris Gonzalez is a seasoned software engineer and backend engineering manager with extensive experience in backend development and mobile payment solutions. Since January 2019, Chris has been with Ginger Labs, contributing to the development of Twobird and Notability through a combination of application code writing, infrastructure management, and server maintenance. Prior experience includes roles at Capital One, where Chris enhanced the Spark Pay mobile payment product through server-side and front-end development, and a focus on quality assurance. Earlier work at VeriFone involved developing the SAIL mobile payments app, while Chris's career began at ChargeSmart, Inc. in a startup environment. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinema from San Francisco State University, earned in 2010.
