Emily Katz

Emily Katz has extensive experience in operations management and leadership within various organizations, particularly in the health and wellness sector. Currently serving as Head of Retreats and Special Projects, Chief Culture Officer, and Director of Studios at B/SPOKE Studios since 2017, Emily has played a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences and studio operations. In addition, Emily has contributed to Girls on the Run International as a Coach and Associate Board Member since 2010, focusing on youth development through running and healthy lifestyle education. Prior to B/SPOKE, Emily held multiple roles at EF Education First, where responsibilities included managing large teams, developing training programs for Tour Directors, and overseeing international student recruitment. Educationally, Emily holds a B.S. in Movement Science from the University of Michigan and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy.
