In 2006, they joined IBM India Private Limited as a Software Engineer and worked there for over a year. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Nous Infosystems Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Software Engineer. In 2009, they joined ArisGlobal as a Principal Software Engineer and worked there until 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at Girmiti Software Pvt. Ltd as the Director of Technical Services.
Rudra Hatti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karnatak University between the years 1997 and 2001.
