Neil Halliday is an experienced professional in the technology and event management sectors, currently serving as Commercial Director for GITEX ASIA, overseeing a significant international tech and startup event. Prior roles include Strategic Business Development Director at Money20/20, APAC Director at CloserStill Media for the Data, Analytics & AI portfolio, Sales Director APAC at Meiro, and Co-founder & Director at Green World Asia. Neil also held extensive event management positions at CloserStill Media, focusing on data and technology conferences across Asia. Prior to their transition into the technology space, Neil gained valuable offshore experience in the oil and gas industry through roles at Transocean, starting from a roustabout to Assistant Driller. Educational background includes studies in the School of the Built Environment at Napier University Edinburgh.
