Eileen Riccio

Eileen Riccio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, having held notable positions across several organizations. At GitHub from August 2022 to May 2023, Eileen served as Director of Manager Excellence Programs and previously as Senior Learning & Development Manager. Eileen was the Principal Owner of Core-Learning-Solutions, a company dedicated to providing data-driven, customized learning solutions. Prior roles at T-Mobile included Senior Learning Solutions Manager and Instructional Design Manager, where Eileen played a key role in developing award-winning leadership and early talent programs. Eileen's experience also encompasses a position as Senior Instructional Designer at Expedia, Inc., and managing instructional design at Nita Media and Publishing LLC, where Eileen authored a young adult novel. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from New York University and a Master of Arts in Education, Curriculum & Instruction from Seattle University.
