Previously, Michele held senior engineering roles at Block, Capital One, and reddit Inc, contributing to serverless initiatives, enhancing system stability through contract testing tools, and launching reddit’s first official mobile app. Michele's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BA in Theatre Arts & Economics from Boston College.
