Roberto Ianniello, PMP, currently serves as the VP of Strategic Business Development for North America at GIVA Group since June 2016, where responsibilities include analyzing market conditions and formulating business development strategies to identify new opportunities. Previously, Roberto held the position of Strategic Business Manager at DVG Automation SPA, focusing on product line development and sales strategies. At Emerson Process Management, Roberto was the Business Development Manager and Flow Solution Team Leader, where contributions included creating growth strategies for flow solutions in key industries. Early career roles at Selex ES involved managing programs and projects, including significant installations for the Arma dei Carabinieri, following initial service as a Lieutenant. Roberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical and Bioengineering from Università degli Studi di Genova.
