Alex Wild

Alex Wild is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the global food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Operations at Givaudan since October 2011, Alex has been instrumental in transforming global operations across safety, quality, supply chain, and customer care. Previous roles include Head Operations for APAC and LATAM at Givaudan, where responsibility encompassed safety, quality, sustainability, and talent development. Notable achievements also include serving as Partner at CAMELOT Management Consultants, focusing on change management programs, and holding director positions at Huntsman Corporation and Ciba. Alex holds an M.B.A. from IMD and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from ETH Zürich, along with a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from EPFL.
