Benoit Lepoil

Benoit Lepoil, PMP, serves as the Global Head of Co-Manufacturing, Production Transfer, and Business Continuity Planning within the Global Operations Supply Chain at Givaudan. Previously, Benoit held the position of Head of Production Transfers and Business Continuity Planning for Europe and SAMEA Operations. At Procter & Gamble, Benoit worked as a Manufacturing & Supply Project Manager and Technical Readiness Leader. Early in the career, Benoit completed a trainee program in the Materials, Processes & Testing Department at Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, Germany, and also gained experience as a trainee in the R&D Department at Medical Group in Vaulx-en-Velin, France, as well as with work experience at Nicolaï Maschinenbau in Lübbrechtsen, Germany.
