Nina Gibson

Nina Gibson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in the Fragrance and Flavour industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager & Business Partner at Givaudan since October 2014, Nina collaborates with both country and global business partnerships while fostering a culture of learning and growth among colleagues. Previously, Nina held the role of HR Advisor at Givaudan and was the Recruitment Team Leader at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. Early career experience includes positions as Accounts Assistant at Benham and SMYE-RUMSBY LTD. Nina holds a Master's degree in HRM in Business Partnership from Canterbury Christchurch, completed in 2011, and has foundational education from North Devon College and Ilfracombe College.
