Richard Pernot

Richard Pernot is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Operation at Givaudan since April 2023. Previously, Richard held various leadership roles at Firmenich from January 2018 to March 2023, including Scentmate™ Supply Chain Director and Director of Perfumery Plant Production Logistic Engineering & Maintenance. Richard’s tenure at Firmenich also included roles as Director of Plant Engineering & Maintenance in the Perfumery Division and Expert in Excellence Supply Chain. Prior to Firmenich, Richard served as Directeur HSE, production & maintenance at Solvay and as Responsable production & logistique de site at SNF, managing a team of 350-400 people. Richard holds an engineering degree in chemical process engineering from CPE Lyon.
