Rosanna Baumann

Rosanna Baumann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as Global Organisational Development Director at Givaudan since October 2019, Rosanna oversees governance frameworks and strategic projects while leading continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
