Simon Halle-Smith

Simon Halle-Smith is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading human resources initiatives within large organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Environment, Health, and Safety at Givaudan since January 2005, Simon oversees HR for the Fragrance division, which generates a turnover of 2 billion CHF and employs 3,500 individuals. Previously, Simon held the position of Director of Human Resources EMEA at Givaudan, leading the HR team across the region. Prior to joining Givaudan, Simon worked at Eli Lilly and Company as HR Leader for the manufacturing site in Basingstoke. Simon holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of East Anglia, complementing a foundation in education from Bedford School in the UK.
