Max Friedman is the co-founder and CEO of Givebutter. Max is a serial entrepreneur and has been working in the startup space for over 6 years. Max has a passion for building products that make a difference in the world and has been involved in several successful startups.
Most recently, Max was the founder of Happening, LLC, a events management company that was acquired by Givebutter in 2016. Prior to that, they were part of the team that built WeGiveTwo, a charitable website that went mini-viral and was featured in The Washington Post and Technical.ly DC.
Max is a graduate of George Washington University and has been involved in the DC startup community since they founded their first company in 2014.
