Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Administrator at goEmerchant.com and as an Assistant Systems Administrator at Solectria.

Tyler's earlier career also included a role as an Engineer at Lavastorm from June 2000 to April 2001.

Tyler Hains received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Tyler attended the institute from 1997 to 2000.
