Elisabeth Katai Knudsen

Elisabeth Katai Knudsen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Fagsjef at Gjensidige since August 1999, focusing on HR systems that align with company strategies and digitalization. Previously, Elisabeth held various HR roles, including Leder HR-service, overseeing HR operations across Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, and Teamkoordinator HR-service, where project management and routine establishment were key responsibilities. Early in their career, Elisabeth worked as a personal consultant, advisor in sales and service of insurance, and as a teacher in various educational settings. Elisabeth holds a degree in Allmennlærerutdanning from Høgskolen i Agder, completed in 1996, and has foundational education from Gimle videregående skole.
