Marthe Aune

Marthe Aune currently serves as Vice President of People Strategy and Business Support at Gjensidige since April 2024. Prior to this role, Marthe held various positions at Statkraft, including Senior HR Advisor in Culture & Organizational Development and Senior Human Resources Advisor in People Development from January 2020 to April 2024. Marthe's experience also includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor for Learning and Development at DNB from August 2016 to December 2019, where DNB is recognized as Norway's largest financial services group. Earlier, Marthe worked as a Consultant in Management Consulting at Accenture from August 2011 to August 2016, specializing in HR and change management. Marthe began building professional experience as a Contact Representative at Frambu Resource Centre for Rare Disorders and served in various roles at Dyreparken during summers from 2001 to 2008, eventually becoming a season leader. Academically, Marthe holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and two Bachelor’s degrees in Pedagogy and Special Needs from the University of Oslo.
